The RoNCC Competence Center conducts an analysis of the current state of the HPC phenomenon in Romania, both from the perspective of HPC competency holders and from the perspective of HPC users / potential users. The study aims to identify and assess existing HPC competencies at the national level in terms of existing infrastructure, educational services, training, solution design, feasibility studies, services provided and technologies used. This is in line with the overall objectives of the project, including the creation of a national HPC competency map.
The purpose of the HPC competency mapping activity is to increase the visibility of HPC and HPDA / AI competencies held by institutions, universities, and the private sector. RoNCC wants to develop a framework that supports partnerships, exchange of expertise, technological development and innovation based on HPC.
