HPC Training Event

In order to increase the level of HPC competencies in Romania and to develop ideas and partnerships in the field, NCC Romania, together with three other competence centers within the EuroCC framework – NCC Netherlands, NCC Cyprus, and NCC Montenegro, organizes a Training event on the 15th of December 2021, taking place online, between 11:00 AM – 05:00 PM (GMT+2).

This training is dedicated to both HPC interested organizations and students who are eager to learn relevant information about the benefits and advantages of HPC technology in their area of activity and interest.

The training will take place in two parts:

• PART 1: „Introduction to HPC and parallel programming”, Kyriacos Hadjiyiannakou, Cyprus.
• PART 2: „Hands-on exercises in the supercomputing systems at SURF”, Maksim MASTEROV, Netherlands.
