RoNCC was present at the event “From Local Expertise to Global Scale – Scaling through Synergy: Growth, Collaboration and Tech Projects”, organized by Măgurele Science Park Association on 24 April 2026, at BT Stup Bucharest.
The event brought together founders, investors, tech companies and innovation support organizations to discuss how local expertise can be transformed into scalable companies and technology projects with international potential.
The format focused on practical dialogue, real-world examples, and concrete collaboration opportunities, moving beyond the structure of a traditional conference. Discussions addressed the challenges of scaling, the importance of validation, and the role of support ecosystems in helping companies and research-based initiatives move from idea to market.
RoNCC contributed to the Tech Synergy Session – From Expertise to Scalable Projects, alongside organizations such as Techcelerator, EIT Community Hub Romania, and EDIH WeHub. The session highlighted the resources available to companies and innovators, including access to European high-performance computing infrastructure, AI-optimized supercomputing resources, funding opportunities, acceleration programmes and European cooperation networks.
A key message of the event was that scaling need not happen in isolation. Access to the right expertise, infrastructure and support mechanisms can help organizations validate their ideas, improve their solutions and prepare for sustainable growth.
The event was an opportunity to connect with relevant actors from the Romanian innovation ecosystem and to present how high-performance computing can support research, development and technology-driven projects.
